LAW SHOW
ABOUT US:
Law Show is a student group composed of law students at the Faculty of Law of the University of Alberta. For the past 28 years, Law Show has produced an entirely student-driven theatrical production with the goal of giving back to the Edmonton community by donating all proceeds to a local community-based charity.
Over the past 28 years, Law Show has donated over $350,000 to local charities.
Law Show has become an essential part of the student experience at UAlberta Law and enjoys widespread acclaim in the wider legal community. In an ordinary year, over 80 law students volunteer their time and efforts to prepare, rehearse and showcase an original theatrical interpretation of a classic story. Rehearsals occur every Sunday evening in the Fall term, and daily in the Winter term leading up to Law Show’s two-night production at the Myer Horowitz theatre.
